Recently, a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, has become increasingly popular in Cyprus. We are seeing an intensive growth in the number of various sports and fitness clubs: from huge centers at hotels, multi-tasking clubs with large pools and gyms, to cozy gyms. The trend today is to open small technological clubs, the DNA of which is a personal approach to training. To learn more about such a popular trend in fitness, we talked with Petr Brazhnikov, founder of the Olymp gym club .
Petr told us that the topic of sports has always been important in his life. To open his first gym in Russia, he took out a bank loan, and further development of the business went in the direction of opening large clubs. Moving to Cyprus did not change the athlete’s desire to develop the topic of a healthy lifestyle.
The principle of an individual approach to training and the use of scientific knowledge in kinesiology are the basis of the training process. According to Petr Brazhnikov, his new gym is unique in that each visitor works according to a personal program drawn up by a trainer, under his strict control. The price of services includes a private locker room with a shower, an hour-long individual lesson with a trainer using the latest sports equipment from TechnoGym. No queues to the gym, no stuffiness in the gym, only comfort and care for the client.
Petr Brazhnikov insists that no independent online classes or intensive CrossFit can compare with the benefits of short-term personal strength training.
At the end of the conversation, the owner of the new sports club revealed to us the philosophy of his approach to sports: complete involvement of the client in the training process based on knowledge of the science of kinesiology and health care.
